Defending Clients Since 2003

After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree from Villanova University, I pursued my legal education at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida.

I started my career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, where I handled all criminal matters, including DWI and complex felony cases.

I founded the Law Office of Kristine Ciganek in 2003 with a goal of building a down to earth, approachable practice and providing exceptional legal services for my clients.

My practice is focused on criminal defense- with an emphasis on traffic and alcohol-related offenses. I utilize my vast background and experience on both sides of the criminal justice system to vigorously represent my clients and obtain the best possible results.

I am admitted to practice law in New York and Georgia.
